It was firstly the RC Series motorcycles (RC 125, RC 200, RC 390) to be appeared in the line-up based on Duke trims (Duke 390, Duke 200, Duke 125). Now, it seems that there is one more series in the garage deviated from the legendary Duke brand.
The spied pics spread virally in the internet shows that bike might be a Supermoto version of the Duke models. However, there is no official confirmation about the Supermoto bikes from the part of the company.
Still, it is strongly suspected as the next line-up in the Austrian firm's garage. Recently, KTM has started manufacturing and exporting of motorcycles from its stake holder Bajaj Auto's Pune, India plant. So, the upcoming variants are likely to be built in the same factory.
The RC and Duke family machines carry the same heart. So, KTM is expected to go with the same story in the case of the Supermoto machines as well.
The Duke 125 and the RC 125 are powered by a 124.7cc, 1-cylinder 4-stroke, water-cooled engine, which delivers a peak power of 15 hp. Meanwhile, the Duke 200 and the RC 200 are mated with a 199.5cc, Single-cylinder, 4-stroke, spark-ignition, liquid-cooled engine, which spits out a max power of 25 hp. Last but not least are the Duke 390 and the RC 390 which deliver a tremendous power of 43 hp powered by a 373.2cc, 1-cylinder 4-stroke, water-cooled engine.
